On November 22nd, at 6.30 pm, the volume by the archaeologist of the Côa Parque Foundation, André Santos, “A Arte Paleolítica ao Ar Livre da Bacia do Douro à Margem Direita do Tejo: uma visão de conjunto” (“Paleolithic Open Air Art from the Douro Basin to the Right Bank of the Tagus: an overview”) will be publicly presented. This work has been given the Eduardo da Cunha Serrão Prize 2018, awarded by the Association of Portuguese Archaeologists.

The new AAP Monograph reflects, in essence, the work developed under a PhD Program in Archeology, whose dissertation was defended at the Faculty of Letters of the University of Porto.

The launching ceremony will take place at Museu do Carmo in Lisbon, as part of the program of the 156th Anniversary Commemorations of the Association of Portuguese Archaeologists. The presentation will be made by Andrea Martins and José Morais Arnaud.
