Where to eat?

Regional gastronomy is based on the use of local products (olive oil or almond), but also of the river (Iberian nase or barb accompanied by migas soup bread) or from the seasonal recollection that the inhabitants of the region still practice (wild asparagus or chard).

Where to sleep?

The region has a wide range of accommodation, in particular Rural Tourism. There are also larger hotel units, sometimes in conjunction with the practice of thermal baths.
