DELIVERIES
The Online Store delivers to Portugal and abroad through CTT – Portuguese Mail, and CTT Express.
Shipment postage will be determined using the price table in force adding the values mentioned for each product. There may be added postage costs in case of redelivery of returned packages due to receptor absence or other reasons.
Products will be delivered within 5 to 10 days. In case of a delay, over 10 days, the client will be immediately informed.

USER DATA
The user must provide all data for billing, according to the client’s registry: personal data, billing address, delivery address.

PAYMENT METHODS
Before finalizing the order, the customer is presented with the payment method (the only possible payment method).

PRODUCTS
You need to register to make purchases in the Online Store.

The reproduction, transfer, distribution or storage of the contents contained in the Museu do Côa online store, without prior written authorization, is expressly prohibited.

In the event that the information presented does not correspond to the characteristics of the product, the Customer will be informed and will have the right to terminate his purchase.

The prices indicated include VAT at the legal rate in force and are subject to change without notice.
During the ordering process, the price of the products may fluctuate. In this case, we will inform the customer of the additional value, awaiting confirmation of the order.
Attention: All orders are subject to stock availability. In the event of a stockout, Côa Parque – Fundação Para a Salvaguarda e Valorização do Vale do Côa is unable to guarantee that the price of the product will not change, however shipping will only be done after the customer is informed and agrees to keep the order.

RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied, the Museu do Côa online store accepts product returns up to 30 days after the date of receipt of the order and under the following conditions: The product must be in perfect conditions with intact packaging; The refund will be made up to 30 days after the reception of the returned order, by credit to the card used for payment.

WARRANTIES
Warranties are according to the manufacturer’s defined conditions
They do not cover:
Transport’s cost of defective material.
Damage caused by misuse or abuse.
Damage caused by transport outside the original packaging.
Damage caused by poor protection of materials.
Orders opened by entities alien to the Côa Parque.
Materials that have undergone attempts to repair.
After acceptance, the object in question must be sent to the Museu do Côa Store.
