The C\u00f4a Park Foundation owns many olive trees in the C\u00f4a region. The olive trees are grown in a sustainable way, without the use of chemical fertilisers or chemically synthesised pesticides. The trees are carefully handled and preserved to produce exceptional quality olive oils. The olives are retailed and picked by hand, as tradition dictates. The trees, of different ages and sizes, are exploited in organic production mode. From here we extract the golden liquid that carries the history of the territories, the men, the harvests, the traditions, the flavours and the memories.<\/p>\n

This project was only possible thanks to another partnership between the C\u00f4a Parque Foundation (FCP) and the agricultural company .\u201cGera\u00e7\u00f5es de Xisto<\/a>\u201d.<\/p>\n
